will bake into a yummy brownie with a layer of pudding underneath

Ingredients

1 box fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar (firmly packed)
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/3 cups boiling water
- ice cream or cool whip (if wanted)

How To Make warm brownie pudding

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350'F. Grease 2 9 in. square baking dishes

Step 2

Combine the brownie mix, oil, eggs and 1/4 cup water in a medium bowl. mix well about 1 min. divide the batter evenly between the prepared baking dishes
Step 3

Combine the brown sugar and cocoa in a small bowl. mix well. sprinkle half of the mixture evenly over the batter in both dishes
Step 4

Pour half of the boiling water on top of the brown sugar mixture in each dish. Bake the pudding until set, about 23-25 minutes. Serve with ice cream or cool-whip if wanted (i use mint-chocolate chip ice-cream. Yum)
