I know it sounds weird but it really works. Creamy fudgy and perfect every time

Ingredients For velveeta fudge

  • 12 oz
    velveeta cheese
  • 1 c
    salted butter
  • 6 oz
    unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make velveeta fudge

    Cut the Velveeta into chunks. Place it in a bowl with the butter and unsweetened chocolate. Place in microwave and microwave in 30 sec. intervals stirring until melted and smooth.

    Stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in the nuts.

    Spray a 9/13 pan and pour in the fudge. Smooth the top and refrigerate for 3 hours until firm. Cut into squares.
