On low gradually beat in flour, then nuts until dough forms. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll level tablespoons into balls. Place 2-inchs apart on baking sheet. Bake 13-15 minutes. Cool in pans on baking rack until slightly warm 15-20 minutes. Roll in remaining powdered sugar.
