tasty, yummy, healthy snack

I just threw this together within the last few days and I couldn't keep my hands out of it, so I put it in the freezer where I can't see it everywhere I turn. Still, it's a good healthy snack, using things I love and have in the pantry or freezer. Nothing gooey, sticky, oily, sugary, or buttery; just plain goodness. Add whatever you like to make it your own. Nothing is measured, so it's all in approximate amounts. If you need something to carry you through to dinner, this may be it, so grab a handful and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 small box plain cheerios
  • 1 package whole regular unroasted, unsalted, almonds
  • 1 1/4 cups craisins
  • 1 cup vanilla or white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup raisins

    Mix everything together and store some in a tightly covered container. Freeze the rest of it; it lasts a long time.
