I had some leftover crushed strawberries from my strawberry shortcake and an angel food loaf cake, some coconut pudding and white chocolate cream cheese... whipped it together and this is what I got--I will be making this again-- maybe with blueberries and grape wine...Mmmmm

prep time 20 Min
cook time 5 Min
method Refrigerate/Freeze
yield 8 x8-inch dish

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 ounces pkg. cook and serve coconut cream pudding mix
  • 3 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup red wine-i used merlot
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces white chocolate indulgence cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate chips for garnish-more or less

How To Make strawberry tiramisu

  • Step 1
Combine the pudding mix and milk in a medium saucepan and cook according to package directions. Set aside covered to cool. --- Combine strawberries and sugar; mash then add the Merlot..stir to combine..set aside. --- Cut angel food loaf cake into five 1-inch slices slices, then cut one slice in 1/2 lengthwise.
  • Step 2
In your large mixer bowl; combine the cream cheese and sugar ..whip until light and fluffy, add the indulgence white chocolate cream cheese;mix until blended.
  • Step 3
After the berry mixture has made enough juice--dip each slice of cake into the juice and berries and arrange on the bottom of the prepared dish. Spoon a few berry mixture over cake ,if desired.
  • Step 4
Using a large spoon scoop the cream cheese mixture over the soaked cake in dish spreading evenly and carefully. --- Next spread the remaining strawberries over the cheese mixture.
  • Step 5
Now carefully spoon the pudding mixture over the strawberries. Drizzle melted chocolate on top. Place in refrigerator to chill for 4 to 8 hours- I left it overnight.
