My Steve loves banana splits, so I came up w/ a simple no-bake recipe that he fell in love with:)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 12 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces cool whip light, thawed
  • 4 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 16 ounces strawberries, sliced
  • 8 ounces cool whip light, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • - chocolate syrup
  • - maraschino cherries for topping

How To Make steve's no-bake banana split.

  • Step 1
    Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter, mix well. Press crumb mix into bottom of baking dish. Refrigerate while preparing cream cheese mix.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Fold in 8 oz of cool whip.Spread cream cheese mix over crumbs in baking dish. Arrange bananas in single layer over cream cheese mix.
  • Step 3
    Top bananas w/ pineapple and then layer w/ strawberries. Cover strawberries w/ remaining cool whip. Sprinkle w/ walnuts. Drizzle w/ chocolate syrup. Top w/ cherries. Refrigerate 2 hrs for flavors to meld.
