My Steve loves banana splits, so I came up w/ a simple no-bake recipe that he fell in love with:)

  • 2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 12 oz
    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c
  • 8 oz
    cool whip light, thawed
  • 4 large
    bananas, sliced
  • 1
    20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 16 oz
    strawberries, sliced
  • 8 oz
    cool whip light, thawed
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • ·
    chocolate syrup
  • ·
    maraschino cherries for topping

How to Make Steve's no-bake banana split.


  1. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter, mix well. Press crumb mix into bottom of baking dish. Refrigerate while preparing cream cheese mix.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Fold in 8 oz of cool whip.Spread cream cheese mix over crumbs in baking dish. Arrange bananas in single layer over cream cheese mix.
  3. Top bananas w/ pineapple and then layer w/ strawberries. Cover strawberries w/ remaining cool whip. Sprinkle w/ walnuts. Drizzle w/ chocolate syrup. Top w/ cherries. Refrigerate 2 hrs for flavors to meld.
