Semi-Homemade Valentine Mocha Brownie Bites

Quick, easy and fun to make. Top w your favorite frosting or melted chocolate or powdered sugar. I hv even added peppermint extract to the batter! DELISHHHHH!

1 box
your favorite brownie mix (prepare as directed)
2 Tbsp
instant coffee powder
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
peppermint extract *optional*
cookie cutters


1 c
powdered sugar
1 can(s)
white chocolate
1 c
cream cheese frosting


1Prep ingredients as directed on the box EXCEPT add the 2 TBS of instant coffee to the water
2Combine all ingredients and mix well and Bake as directed on box
3Once baked and completely cooled, carefully remove from pan trying to kp in one piece (but dont worry if it breaks. The brownies can be pressed back together)
4Freezer for about an hour or so, until firm enough to use a cookie cutter to cut out brownie bites. (just like sugar cookies, the brownies pieces can be pressed bk together to continue cutting out shapes)
5Once all the brownies are cut decorate w melted chocolate, sprinkle w powdered sugar or frost w your favorite icing
