Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup libby's solid-packed pumpkin
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 - 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans.
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make pumpkin muffins w/ chocolate chips.

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray 12 lg muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine flours, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Make a well in center of bowl. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, pumpkin, butter and egg. Add pumpkin mix to well in lg bowl. Add chocolate chips to bowl. Stir until just moistened. Spoon mix into each muffin cup, 3/4 full. Sprinkle nuts evenly over each muffin cup. Bake 18-20 min, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
