Wonderful little treat for the holidays of just cause ya want one. Change the color of sprinkle to go with the season. Maybe substitute the Rolo's with mini Reese's for something different. The salty, sweet, chicolate taste these have is addictive. Hope you make some for your family and friends. For the different seasons you can change the color of the melts and sprinkles, black, chocolate and pumpkin sprinkles for Halloween, white and red/green sprinkles for Christmas. make some place in small gift boxes and give them as something special.

  • 60
    square pretzels (snapes)
  • 30
    rolo candies
  • 8 oz
vanilla or white chocolate chips or disk
  • 1/8 c
    candy sprinkles or nonpareils (rainbow)

How to Make Pretzel Window Panes

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 250 and line baking sheet with silicone baking mats
  2. Arrange 30 pretzel squares on baking sheet
  3. On top of each pretzel place 1 Rolo candy

Place in oven for 3 min
  4. Remove and carefully place another pretzel square on top of rolo and gently press down and flip over

Let completely cool, I set mine in the fridge for a few min till the rolo sets back up
  5. In a microwave safe bowl add white chocolatier or vanilla chips (or disk) place in microwave on 50% power for 1min, stir, continue to heat at 50% at 30 sec intervals, stirring inbetween until melted
  6. Dip one corner of the pretzel squares into the melted chips, allow the excess to run off, place back on baking sheet, sprinkle just a few pinches of the sprinkles on each and allow to cool.
  7. Enjoy!!
