Grandma liked chocolate and peanut butter, this fudge is proof of that! It is delicious, creamy, and just perfect for giving as gifts or making just for yourself!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter

  • Step 1
    Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in large pan. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full roiling boil. Boil 6 min stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add marshmallows and vanilla and melt smooth. Put 2 cups mixture in a bowl, set aside. Add chips to remaining and stir until well blended. Pour into foil lined 9" square pan, add peanut butter to remaining hot mixture, pour over chocolate. Chill 1 hour to firm, cut into 1" squares.
