These are soft drop cookies with coconut. They store well- if you can keep them around long enough.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 1/3 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated orange peel
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1 c
    flaked coconut

How to Make Orange Crunchies

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 400^.
    Blend baking mix, sugars and butter; mix in remaining ingredients.
    Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
    Bake about 10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
