Ingredients

  • 1 c
    old-fashioned oats
  • 2/3 c
    toasted flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/4 c
    ground flax
  • 1/4 c
    toasted wheat germ
  • 1/2 c
    mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 c
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How to Make No Bake Energy Bites

Step-by-Step

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly by hand. Put in fridge to firm up for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from the fridge and roll into balls in whatever size you'd like. Store in the refrigerator for a cold (obviously) firmer snack. For a softer treat, leave at room temp and enjoy!
