How to Make My Best Hot Chocolate

Step-by-Step

  1. In a boiler, mix the cocoa, sugar and water. Stir together until the cocoa powder is all dissolved.Add the milk and pinch of salt and stir together. Cook on a medium heat until it is scalded and looks white on top but not boiling. Remove from the heat. In each cup put a heaping tablespoon of the marshmallow cream and pour your hot cocoa over it. So delicious!Note: If giving to children let it cool down to warm before they try to drink it.
