Ingredients
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding - fat/sugar free
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
- 1 cup whole grain flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup water
How To Make mudbrick brownies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Whisk together the pudding mix, cinnamon, and sugar substitute in a large bowl until thickened.

Step 3Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add water until a cake-like batter forms. Add more water if needed.

Step 4Spread evenly into a greased square pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting/serving.
