Ingredients
- WHAT YOU NEED
- - 4 eggs
- - 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- - 2 cups sugar
- - 2 cups flour
- - 2 tsp baking soda
- - 2 tsp cinnamon
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- - 1 tsp vanilla
- - 3 cups zucchini shredded
- - 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Cream together eggs, oil, and sugar. In a separate bowl , mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and cocoa. Slowly add the flour mixture to your sugar mixture, mix well. Add vanilla, zucchini and nuts and mix well. Spread into a 15x10 jelly roll pan. Bake for 30 min or till centre is set. Once cool you can frost them with Vanilla Frosting or a Cream Cheese Frosting Enjoy
