  • ·
    4 eggs
  • ·
    1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • ·
    2 cups sugar
  • ·
    2 cups flour
  • ·
    2 tsp baking soda
  • ·
    2 tsp cinnamon
  • ·
    1 tsp salt
  • ·
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ·
    1 tsp vanilla
  • ·
    3 cups zucchini shredded
  • ·
    1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

How to Make Lisa's Zucchini Brownies


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream together eggs, oil, and sugar. In a separate bowl , mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and cocoa. Slowly add the flour mixture to your sugar mixture, mix well. Add vanilla, zucchini and nuts and mix well. Spread into a 15x10 jelly roll pan. Bake for 30 min or till centre is set.
    Once cool you can frost them with Vanilla Frosting or a Cream Cheese Frosting
