Pizza Sandwich: spread 1 teaspoon pizza sauce over each biscuit half, leaving 1/2” of the outer edge bare. Cut/tear ham and cheese into smaller pieces, so when stacked, no edges stick out beyond pizza sauce. On one biscuit half, layer: half of the cheese, ham, basil and remaining cheese. Place sauce-side of remaining biscuit half over all and pinch edges to seal well. Place in hot waffle iron and cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown; cool slightly before serving.
