Hot chocolate mix is such a nice Christmas gift! I put it in pretty jars. It is so much cheaper to make your own and tastes better too!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c
    cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 c
    powdered milk
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 c
    semi sweet chocolate chips (optional)

How to Make Hot Chocolate Mix

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients together and then sift to make sure ingredients are well blended and there are no lumps.
  2. Store in an airtight container. Pack into mason jars, or plastic containers to give as gifts or keep it for yourself.
  3. To make a cup of cocoa, add three heaping tablespoons to a cup of hot water or milk!
