Hot chocolate mix is such a nice Christmas gift! I put it in pretty jars. It is so much cheaper to make your own and tastes better too!

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups cocoa, unsweetened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cups powdered sugar
2 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (optional)

How To Make hot chocolate mix

Step 1

Combine all ingredients together and then sift to make sure ingredients are well blended and there are no lumps.

Step 2

Store in an airtight container. Pack into mason jars, or plastic containers to give as gifts or keep it for yourself.
Step 3

To make a cup of cocoa, add three heaping tablespoons to a cup of hot water or milk!
