Very tasty muffins if you're craving chocolate, but don't want all the calories..this is for you. Calories: 91 per muffin Fat: 0.6 grams Carbs: 16.1 grams

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 - bananas, mashed in a bowl.
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon stevia sweetener
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup 1% milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, semi-sweet

How To Make healthy, delicious banana-chocolate chip muffins

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray 16 muffin tins, ( I used the mini muffin tins,) w/ cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    In lg bowl, mix all ingredients well. Fill muffin cups w/ mix 1/2 way full. Pour a little water into any empty muffin cups. Bake 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
