Ingredients
- 2-1/2 - bananas, mashed in a bowl.
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 tablespoon stevia sweetener
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup 1% milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, semi-sweet

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray 16 muffin tins, ( I used the mini muffin tins,) w/ cooking spray.

Step 2In lg bowl, mix all ingredients well. Fill muffin cups w/ mix 1/2 way full. Pour a little water into any empty muffin cups. Bake 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
