Ingredients

  • 2-1/2
    bananas, mashed in a bowl.
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    applesauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    stevia sweetener
  • 1 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    1% milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    mini chocolate chips, semi-sweet

How to Make Healthy, delicious banana-chocolate chip muffins

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray 16 muffin tins, ( I used the mini muffin tins,) w/ cooking spray.
  2. In lg bowl, mix all ingredients well. Fill muffin cups w/ mix 1/2 way full. Pour a little water into any empty muffin cups. Bake 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
