Convection Oven


  • 1/3 c
    cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 2/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1
  • 1/2 c
    vanilla or white chocolate chips
  • 6
    oreos, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sweetened condensed milk

How to Make Gooey Oreo Bars


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9x9 with foil & spray with non-stick spray. Mix dry ingredients & set aside. With mixture with paddle attachment, mix butter & sugars. Add vanilla $ egg. Mix well. Add dry ingredients & mix well.
  2. Press 1/2 of the batter into pan. Sprinkle with chips & Oreos. Drizzle with condensed milk. Drop remaining dough by spoonfuls over top & spread with fingers. Some of the filling will peak through. Try & seal edges as much as possible.
  3. Bake for 27-30 min. or till top loses its glossy sheen & looks dry on top. Center may jiggle a little.
  4. Cool completely & cut into bars.
