Ingredients
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate 70 % coco butter
- 6 tablespoons room temp butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 4 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
How To Make gluten free red velvet brownies

Step 1Place chocolate and butter in a pot and melt. Blend smooth and while still warm add the sugar.

Step 2Let cool three to five minutes.

Step 3Sift the dry ingredients together and stir to combine well. Set aside.

Step 4Add the vanilla and eggs to chocolate mixture stir to combine.

Step 5Stir in the dry ingredients. Nuts are optional and 1/4 cup chopped can be added at this time.

Step 6Pour into a greased and lined 8 inch square pan.

Step 7Bake preheated oven 325 and bake 20 minutes to 25 minutes.Top should crack and also be shiney.

Step 8Remove to cool on a wire rack.

Step 9When cool frost if desired.
