Ingredients For fudge brownies

1/2 lbbutter, unsalted

1/2 lbsemi-sweet or 60% chocolate (chopped or chips)

4eggs

1/3 clight brown sugar

2/3 cgranulated sugar

1/3 cgranulated sugar

1 cflour
-
2 Tbspcocoa powder
-
1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspvanilla extract (1/2 tsp if extract is less than 10% alcohol)

2 Tbspmilk
How To Make fudge brownies

1Preheat oven to 325°F and grease baking pan

2Melt together butter and chocolate

3Whisk eggs until homogeneous, then whisk in brown sugar and 2/3 cup granulated sugar; add to chocolate mixture

4Sift together remaining dry ingredients and whisk into wet batter; add vanilla and milk

5Bake for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick tests clean
