flourless chocolate cake
I had a member at the club that asked me for a gluten free dessert, and I thought chocolate is always the best choice. After a few trial and errors, I came up with this recipe, although not being a gluten free expert, I found it myself to be a little flat, but she insisted it was the best treat that she ever had, and to this day brags about how I made this just for here, I guess if you are gluten free it is awesome, I changed it up, sometimes with chocolate gnache, fresh fruit, ice cream, Just use you imagination, I hope the person that requested this does enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato
- 2 - bannanas
- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 - orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces dark semi sweet chocolate
How To Make flourless chocolate cake

Step 1place 1 egg, cooked sweet potato, bananas, zest, and salt in food processor, blend well, add melted chocolate.

Step 2whip 3 egg whites to stiff peak, fold in to mixture Put in 4 oz. baking cups or tins, bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes. decorate as desired
