  • 1/2 cup karo light or dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 cups 18 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (optional)

How To Make fast 'n' fabulous dark chocolate fudge

  • Step 1
    SPRAY 8 INCH SQUARE BAKING PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY
  • Step 2
    IN MICROWAVEABLE 3 QUART BOWL STIR CORN SYRUP AND EVAPORATED MILK UNTIL SMOOTH. MICROWAVE ON HIGH (100%) 3 MINUTES. STIR IN CHOCOLATE UNTIL MELTED.
  • Step 3
    ADD CONFECTIONERS SUGAR,VANILLA, AND NUTS. WITH WOODEN SPOON BEAT UNTIL THICK AND GLOSSY.
  • Step 4
    SPREAD IN PREPARED PAN. REFRIGERATE 2 HOURS OR UNTIL FIRM .
  • Step 5
    NOTE: COOK TIME BASED ON FULL SIZE (600 TO 700 WATT) MICROWAVE OVENS
