Something I randomly threw together this morning in an attempt at cleaning out the extra stuff in the cupboards. :)

yield 36 mini cups

Ingredients

10 1/2 ounces mini marshmallows
1 - large spoonful of butter
2 cups corn flakes
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

How To Make easy holiday treats

Step 1

Melt butter in large saucepan, over medium heat.

Step 2

Add marshmallows, stirring constantly until marshmallows are 90% melted.
Step 3

Stir in cornflakes until flakes are mostly covered. Remove from heat.
Step 4

Stir in chips until mixed evenly (chocolate will melt).
Step 5

Spoon into mini cupcake cups.
