I make these for my daughter and grandchildren as a surprise Sunday brunch, and they get gobbled up quick. And using the Bisquick heart healthy mix, makes it a littler healthier, not by much, lol, but every little bit helps. I serve w/ warmed real maple syrup and sometimes a little whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquick heart healthy baking mix
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons baking cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips
How To Make easy chocolate chip pancakes.

Step 1In lg bowl, combine baking mix, milk, eggs, cocoa powder and sugar. Mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.

Step 2Spray a lg skillet w/ canola oil cooking spray. Place over med-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet. When batter starts to bubble, flip over and cook until lightly browned and cooked through.

Step 3Repeat w/ remaining batter. Keep the all ready made pancakes warm on a cookie sheet, in a oven heated to 250. Heat maple syrup in a microwave safe bowl and serve w/ pancakes.
