I make these for my daughter and grandchildren as a surprise Sunday brunch, and they get gobbled up quick. And using the Bisquick heart healthy mix, makes it a littler healthier, not by much, lol, but every little bit helps. I serve w/ warmed real maple syrup and sometimes a little whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bisquick heart healthy baking mix
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons baking cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips

How To Make easy chocolate chip pancakes.

  • Step 1
    In lg bowl, combine baking mix, milk, eggs, cocoa powder and sugar. Mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Step 2
    Spray a lg skillet w/ canola oil cooking spray. Place over med-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet. When batter starts to bubble, flip over and cook until lightly browned and cooked through.
  • Step 3
    Repeat w/ remaining batter. Keep the all ready made pancakes warm on a cookie sheet, in a oven heated to 250. Heat maple syrup in a microwave safe bowl and serve w/ pancakes.
