This is a great sweet, quick breakfast treat. Also makes a great dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces bittersweet choclate, coarsely chopped
  • 2 - ripe bananas, peeled, halved and split lengthwise
  • 2 - 6 oz cartons lowfat vanilla yogurt, greek style is fine
  • 1/4 cup low-fat granola
  • - handful of fresh blueberries

How To Make easy breakfast sundaes

  • Step 1
    Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl. Microwave, stirring until melted. Place bananas in bowls. Top each bowl w/ some yogurt. Drizzle w/ chocolate. Sprinkle w/ granola. Top w/ a few blueberries.
