double chocolate toffee bread
My friend and I had a "bake day" and this was another of the recipes we tried from the "Flour Me With Love" website. It is very dense and full of chocolate goodness, and oh-so-easy to make!

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 cup cocoa (i used a dark cocoa)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
How To Make double chocolate toffee bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 in. bread pan.

Step 2Cream the sugar, butter, sour cream & vanilla together. Mix in the eggs.

Step 3Add the cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt & flour.

Step 4Stir in the chocolate chips & toffee bits, and then pour into the greased pan. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips & toffee bits on top.

Step 5Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50-55 min. Let it cool for a few minutes and then remove from pan. Enjoy!!
