1I make the cake into 2 layers. After cooling, I tear up one layer and put it in the bottom of a trifle bowl. Then I put the prepared dark chocolate pudding on top of the cake. Then half of the whipped cream on top of the pudding. I then tear up the other layer atop the whipped cream and top this with the white chocolate then the rest of the whipped cream. I grate up a chocolate bar to decorate the top.. This is a very rich dessert but oh so good.
