Ingredients

1/2 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
4 medium
very ripe avocados, pitted and scooped out of shell
1/2 c
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c
agave
1 Tbsp
vanilla
1/8 tsp
salt
1/2 c
almond milk, more or less

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients in a food processor, except milk and blend until smooth. Scrap down sides of bowl if needed, slowly add the almond milk until mousse reaches a thick and satiny consistency. Spoon into dessert glasses and chill for 3 hours and then serve with a fresh raspberry on top.
2Note:
Be sure avocados are ripe but not over ripe-
If not ripe enough they will leave lumps in the mousse.
