- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 4 medium very ripe avocados, pitted and scooped out of shell
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup agave
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk, more or less
How To Make creamy avocado-chocolate mousse
-
Step 1Place all ingredients in a food processor, except milk and blend until smooth. Scrap down sides of bowl if needed, slowly add the almond milk until mousse reaches a thick and satiny consistency. Spoon into dessert glasses and chill for 3 hours and then serve with a fresh raspberry on top.
-
Step 2Note: Be sure avocados are ripe but not over ripe- If not ripe enough they will leave lumps in the mousse.
