crazy healthy chocolate chip cookie dough

I have yet to try this, but I got it off of a blog all of healthy desserts. It sounds really good and super healthy!Use as a dip, I wouldn't try to bake them into cookies....

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (1 can, drained) chickpeas
  • 1/8 teaspoon (plus a pinch) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon (a tiny bit over 1/8 tsp) baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup nut butter, can also use peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup non dairy milk. use for consistancy, and work up to 1/4 cup if needed
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 2-3 tablespoons oats (if you omit the oats, take out the milk as well)

How To Make crazy healthy chocolate chip cookie dough

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth. Add the chocolate chips and eat with a spoon or use as a dip for graham crackers, etc.
