I have yet to try this, but I got it off of a blog all of healthy desserts. It sounds really good and super healthy!Use as a dip, I wouldn't try to bake them into cookies....

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (1 can, drained) chickpeas
- 1/8 teaspoon (plus a pinch) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon (a tiny bit over 1/8 tsp) baking soda
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup nut butter, can also use peanut butter
- 1/4 cup non dairy milk. use for consistancy, and work up to 1/4 cup if needed
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 2-3 tablespoons oats (if you omit the oats, take out the milk as well)

Step 1Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth. Add the chocolate chips and eat with a spoon or use as a dip for graham crackers, etc.
