I have yet to try this, but I got it off of a blog all of healthy desserts. It sounds really good and super healthy!Use as a dip, I wouldn't try to bake them into cookies....
Ingredients For crazy healthy chocolate chip cookie dough
1 1/2 c
(1 can, drained) chickpeas
1/8 tsp
(plus a pinch) salt
1/8 tsp
(a tiny bit over 1/8 tsp) baking soda
2 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1/4 c
nut butter, can also use peanut butter
1/4 c
non dairy milk. use for consistancy, and work up to 1/4 cup if needed
2/3 c
brown sugar
1/3 c
chocolate chips
2-3 Tbsp
oats (if you omit the oats, take out the milk as well)
How To Make crazy healthy chocolate chip cookie dough

Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth. Add the chocolate chips and eat with a spoon or use as a dip for graham crackers, etc.
