Ingredients
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup peanuts,ground fine
- TOPPING
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
How To Make cracker brownies

Step 1Lightly grease a 9-inch square pan. In the top of a double boiler, melt the shortening with the sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat and beat in the eggs one at a time. Beat in vanilla. Return to the heat and cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the graham crackers, marshmallows, and peanuts.

Step 2Spread mixture evenly in the pan. Refrigerate until chilled. For the topping, Melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter in a double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread over the top of brownies. Refrigerate until set.
