Ingredients For chocolate pumpkin fudge suprise

cooking spray

4 cpretzel sticks

2 cmilk chocolate chips

1 1/2 cvanilla or white chocolate chips

1/2 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 ccreamy peanut butter (although crunchy peanut butter wouldn't be bad)

2/3 cpumpkin purée
-
2 tsppumpkin pie spices

2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make chocolate pumpkin fudge suprise

1Pre heat oven to 300. Line 8X8 square pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray, set aside -
2Place pretzels in a open safe pan and set in oven. Turn oven off (you just want to heat your pretzels)

3Combine all the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 min on 50% power, remove, stir and place back in microwave for 30 sec on 50% power at a time stirring after each 30 sec until melted and smooth.

4Quickly add pumpkin, spice, and vanilla extract to chocolate and stir to combine.

5Spread pretzels onto parchment and pour mixture over them, spread evenly. Let sit on counter till room temp and then place in fridge till cool and set.

6Remove and cut into squares with large knife. Store in air tight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!!!
