  • 3 oz
    white flour
  • 1.5 c
  • 3 oz
  • 2 Tbsp
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 Tbsp
    water or plain soy milk
  • 2 oz
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1/2 pt

How to Make Chocolate Puddle Pudding


  1. Mix flour and cocoa together.
  2. Cut in shortening and mix with sugar.
  3. Stir in water or milk until you have a moist cake.
  4. Place in a greased ovenproof dish.
  5. Put all remaining ingredients into a pot and stir until the cocoa and sugar is dissolved.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Pour boiling sauce over the cake put straight into a 355 oven for 35 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with white sugar and serve immediately.
