- confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp
- cocoa powder, unsweetened, baking
- 1/4 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 3 tsp
- hot water
Beat together confectioner's sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and hot water.
Only beat in enough water to make preferred texture.
When cake or brownies are fully cooled, spread frosting over cake/brownies and slice.
