In a large bowl, combine cocoa, margarine and eggs. Add flour and sugar .
Mix well. Stir in vanilla.
Divide evenly between 2 8 inch pie crusts. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Makes 2 pies ( 6-8 servings _ each.
This pie will seem to rise when baking and will slightly settle as it cools. It is not a thick pie, but is delcious. Be sure to use the 8 inch pie crusts. It is so good served warm. You can also serve with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with a hot fudge sauce for a wonderful treat.
