1IN: Microwavable bowl, combine cocoa, sugar, and milk. MICROWAVE: For 1 minute, stir and continue to microwave 15-20 seconds more or until melted and creamy. ADD: Vanilla. SERVE: Or refrigerate and reheat when serving.
