How to Make Chocolate Filled Canoli
- Whip the cream in cold bowl with cold beaters until slightly thickened
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla
- Beat a little more to get thicker, then add the chocolate spread and cream cheese. Cream cheese should be at room temperature.
- When the cream has thickened, fill each canoli with pastry bag or teaspoon.
- Dip the ends in chocolate sprinkles and dust powdered sugar over canoli before serving. Store in refrigerator
