- 2 boxes (4-serving) packages instant sugar-free vanilla pudding/pie filling mix (dry)
- 3 cups skim milk
- 4 ounces frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- CHOCOLATE TOPPING (RECIPE FOLLOWS)
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup sugar or splenda granulated to equal 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter

Step 1LAYER: Bottom of 9x13x2-inch baking dish with 1/3 graham crackers.

Step 2IN: Medium mixing bowl, beat pudding mix with milk until it thickens. SET: Aside several minutes. FOLD: In whipped topping.

Step 3SPREAD: Half of the pudding mixture over graham crackers. REPEAT: Layers, ending with graham crackers on top (three layers of graham crackers). DRIZZLE: With Chocolate Topping.
