Ingredients

  • 1 box
    graham crackers
  • 2 box
    instant french vanilla pudding
  • 9 oz
    cool whip or 2 packets of dream whip
  • 2 oz
    liquid bitter chocolate
  • 2 tsp
    white karo syrup
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 1 1/2 c
    powdered sugar (do not sift)
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk

How to Make Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Step-by-Step

  1. Line pan with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding, using only 3 1/2 cups of milk. Fold in whipped topping. Pour 1/2 of the pudding over graham crackers. Add 2nd layer of crackers and rest of pudding. Add a 3rd layer of crackers.
  2. Top with special frosting: Combine chocolate, karo syrup, vanilla, margarine, powdered sugar and milk with a hand mixer. Spread over the top of graham crackers and refrigerate overnight.
