Ingredients For chocolate eclair dessert

1 boxgraham crackers

2 boxinstant french vanilla pudding

9 ozcool whip or 2 packets of dream whip

2 ozliquid bitter chocolate

2 tspwhite karo syrup
-
1 tspvanilla
-
3 Tbspmargarine
-
1 1/2 cpowdered sugar (do not sift)

3 Tbspmilk
How To Make chocolate eclair dessert

1Line pan with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding, using only 3 1/2 cups of milk. Fold in whipped topping. Pour 1/2 of the pudding over graham crackers. Add 2nd layer of crackers and rest of pudding. Add a 3rd layer of crackers.

2Top with special frosting: Combine chocolate, karo syrup, vanilla, margarine, powdered sugar and milk with a hand mixer. Spread over the top of graham crackers and refrigerate overnight.
