This was one of the first things I made with chocolate. This can be done with most Fruit. The secret is making sure it a fruit you can dry off with a paper towel. Strawberries, Apples, Dried Fruit, Pears, and candied Citrus. Hope you dip something in chocolate. ENJOY !

Ingredients

1 package chocolate almond bars
1 package white chocolate
1 package fruit of you choice
WASH ALL FRUIT AND LET DRY.

How To Make chocolate dipped fuit / strawberries

Step 1

Wash strawberries/fruit to clean

Step 2

Place fruit on paper towel to completely dry
Step 3

Melt chocolate ( see my recipe " Chocolate Covered Anything" )
Step 4

With skewer dip each piece of fruit,
Step 5

Very gently release from skewer, and rest on wax paper to allow chocolate to set. ENJOY !
