  • 1 c
    (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 large
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 3 c
    quaker oats old fashioned uncooked
  • 1 c
    chocolate covered cranberry raisinets
  • 1/2 c
    dried cranberries

How to Make Chocolate Cranberry Oat Bars


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  2. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Add oats, Cranberry Raisinets and dried cranberries; mix well.
  3. Press dough onto bottom of an ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  4. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
