My friend Kim gave me this recipe a few years ago and I think it makes a great holiday treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese softened
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine softened
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    finely choppeed pecans

How to Make Chocolate Chip Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix cream cheese, margarine, and vanilla until fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and brown sugar.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips into mixture and refridgerate for 2 hrs.
  4. Form mixture into a ball and roll to cover ball in pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
