How to Make Chocolate Carmel Bars
- Melt carmels with 1/3 cup of milk in double boiler. I use my microwave. Combine cake mix with remaining milk and all of the butter. Mix until dough holds together then stir in 1 cup of nuts. Press 1/2 of dough in greased and floured 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, Sprinkle chips on top of dough, then carmel mixture, then remaining dough. Bake 15 minutes more. Cut into squares and serve.
