Ingredients
- 12 cups popped corn
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa (to taste)
- 3/8 cup light corn syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make chocolate caramel corn

Step 1In pan, melt butter; add sugar, cocoa, syrup, and salt. Sitr occasionally until bubbly around edges. Continue to cook over medium heat about 5 minutes.

Step 2Remove from heat, stir in baking soda until foamy. Pour over popcorn (which has been divided among ungreased baking pans). Stir until corn is coated.

Step 3Heat in a 200 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
