How to Make Chocolate Caramel Corn
- In pan, melt butter; add sugar, cocoa, syrup, and salt.
Sitr occasionally until bubbly around edges.
Continue to cook over medium heat about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in baking soda until foamy.
Pour over popcorn (which has been divided among ungreased baking pans). Stir until corn is coated.
- Heat in a 200 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
