This is my sister's recipe. We all just love it!

Ingredients

12 c
popped corn
1/2 c
butter
1 1/2 c
packed brown sugar
1/4 c
baking cocoa (to taste)
3/8 c
light corn syrup
3/4 tsp
salt
3/4 tsp
baking soda

Step-By-Step

1In pan, melt butter; add sugar, cocoa, syrup, and salt.
Sitr occasionally until bubbly around edges.
Continue to cook over medium heat about 5 minutes.
2Remove from heat, stir in baking soda until foamy.
Pour over popcorn (which has been divided among ungreased baking pans). Stir until corn is coated.
3Heat in a 200 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
