Concocted this recipe by a total accident! It was supposed to be used as a cupcake filling. After filling the cupcakes, I had a bucket load left over. I couldn't help but eat it by the spoonfuls! Then I thought, graham crackers. Yes! Cheesecake dip with graham crackers is like cheesecake on a stick!
