Concocted this recipe by a total accident! It was supposed to be used as a cupcake filling. After filling the cupcakes, I had a bucket load leftover. I couldn't help but eat it by the spoonfuls! Then I thought, graham crackers. Yes! Cheesecake dip with graham crackers is like cheesecake on a stick!

Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons strawberry topping (Smucker's)
10 ounces vanilla or white chocolate chips
- graham crackers
- vanilla wafers

How To Make cheesecake dip on a stick

Step 1

Using a double boiler, melt white chocolate completely. Set aside to cool almost to room temperature but not hardening.

Step 2

Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and strawberry topping.
Step 3

Slowly pour the cooled white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture; mix well.
Step 4

Dip using graham crackers or vanilla wafers or whatever you like.
