How To Make brownie torte
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment. Bake the brownie according to instructions in a spring form pan or a pie pan. The bigger the spring form pan the thinner the brownie layer. Do not overcook, keep checking it if the layer is thin. Let cool completely. If using a pie pan once cool flip the brownie onto a plate, and peel the parchment back.
-
Step 2Mix the softened cream cheese and with a mixer combine the cream cheese, the banana and powdered sugar. Spread on top of the cooled brownie and refrigerate until the banana cream cheese sets up.
-
Step 3Combine the pudding and milk till it starts firming up and add the peanut butter. This will go on top of the banana cream cheese layer. Spread on evenly. Put back in the fridge till the pudding mixture sets up.
-
Step 4Once the pudding sets up cover the torte with cool whip and sprinkle crushed peanuts over the top.
