Ingredients

6 cups sugar
1 pound shortening
1 cup cocoa
6 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
4 teaspoons salt
2 - eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make brownie master mix

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together, add shortening to blend.

Step 2

When ready to bake, mix together 2 cups dry mix with 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla.
Step 3

Add nuts if desired
Step 4

Bake in a 9 x 9 inch pan at 350 F for 25 minutes
Step 5

The dry mix will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for 3 weeks, or indefinitely in the freezer.
