Ingredients

1/3 c
butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c
powdered sugar
2 c
bisquick baking mix
1/2 c
ground nuts
3/4 tsp
almond extract
2 Tbsp
milk or water or juice
extra powdered sugar

How to Make Bisquick Snowballs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cream butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar, Stir in bisquick, nuts and almond extract. Mix in enough water to moisten dough only.
  • 2Shape dough by level teaspoonfuls into balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  • 3Bake about 8 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet. While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
