How to Make 3 ingredient Cinnamon Cappuccino black-bean Brownies
- Puree can of undrained beans & tablespoon of cinnamon together in blender or Vita-mixer till well blended. (You may still see skins - but that's OK)
- Mix together with brownie mix and bake as directed. (Do not overbake).
- These stay fresh & fudgy for weeks in sealed container in fridge. They also freeze very well. I think they taste even better the next day. They are really good: )
