Don't knock 'em till you've tried 'em! These fat-free fudgy delites are high in fiber and rich in taste. A great treat to keep you on track when watching your fat & calorie intake. Will definitely satisfy that chocolate craving. I should know ... I just made a batch;-)

Ingredients

  • 1 package "no-pudge" cappuccino fudge brownie mix
  • 1 (15oz) can black beans (do not drain)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

How To Make 3 ingredient cinnamon cappuccino black-bean brownies

  • Step 1
    Puree can of undrained beans & tablespoon of cinnamon together in blender or Vita-mixer till well blended. (You may still see skins - but that's OK)
  • Step 2
    Mix together with brownie mix and bake as directed. (Do not overbake).
  • Step 3
    These stay fresh & fudgy for weeks in sealed container in fridge. They also freeze very well. I think they taste even better the next day. They are really good: )
